Developed to meet the requirements of US DOT Interim Approval IA-21 for the MUTCD (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways)
Per IA-21, RRFBs are pedestrian-actuated conspicuity enhancements to supplement standard pedestrian and school crossing warning signs at uncontrolled marked crosswalks.

- Input voltage +12 thru +24VDC
- Includes 2 light levels – standard, and lower intensity (Dim) for night use
- These are flashing lamps. A LEFT and RIGHT pair must be synced together to provide an RRFB-compliant flash pattern per IA-21.
