575 STROBEBAR™
Traffic Signal Indicator |
The model 575 STROBEBAR™ is a strobe red signal indicator consisting of a standard 12” Dia. (30 cm) red plastic traffic signal indication lens with the addition of a white bar strobe presented horizontally across the red face. The strobe flashes at a rate of approximately once per second, and may be energized by the red signal. The 575–R Lamp/Lens Assembly will easily mount in existing 12” Dia. signal heads and the 575–120 Power Pack mounts inside the signal head. The lamp/lens has a waterproof connector which plugs into the power pack for ease of relamping. The bar strobe is visible at a distance of at least 1000 ft. under normal atmospheric conditions. The model 575 Stop Strobe conforms to ITE Standard ST-008B as applicable, except as specified herein.

| Safety |
The flashhead may be covered with an optional protective cover. The power pack is equipped with
auto discharge circuits to automatically discharge the energy storage capacitor to less than 10 volts in 3 seconds, when the AC power is removed. |
